Whether you’re new to investing, the area, or just looking for an additional set of eyes to look over a potential deal we have the knowledge and experience to help give you proper direction. For our investment analysis we will go to the property and walk through to develop our own rehab work order for the different strategies (rental, rent-to-own, for sale) and provide you a copy so you can see what exactly we would do if we were investing in the property.  We will review your potential deal and research for comparable properties, current market values for rents, rent-to-own, and selling.  We will also break down your estimated expenses associated with rehabbing, carrying the vacant property, refinancing, etc and show you your potential returns with each scenario so you can see which exit strategy will provide you your best return on investment.  We provide all analysis information in a detailed 3-5 page report plus provide the rehab work orders and detailed photographs.
