Very nice house in the Meadowdale neighborhood where we've had great success with rental property.  This home is very spacious and has lots of updates.  It has nice vinyl siding, new windows, a roof that's about 5 years old and updated HVAC with central air conditioning, electric and water heater.  Plumbing looks to be all replaced as of 2002 and in good condition.  It has a nice deck/patio along the side of the house.  The kitchen cabinets are in decent condition but would look best if replaced.  The bathroom is in great condition and just needs to be cleaned up.  Five windows need to be replaced, the carpet upstairs is in good condition so we would recommend just repacing the downstairs carpet, and a full paint job to finish the house off.

$7,000 would fully remodel this place to look brand new.  It would get you a new kitchen, fix the broken windows & storm door, replace the carpet and vinyl on the main floor, paint the whole interior and check the furnace, water heater and plumbing fixtures.
